Jordan, China Discuss Cooperation In Surveying And Mapping Field

Director General Royal Jordanian Geographical Center (RJGC) Awni Khasawneh discussed with Deputy Director General of the Chinese National Administration of Surveying, Mapping and Geo information Min Yiren, Joint cooperation in aerial and satellite photography, production of digital maps and spatial data, and exchange of expertise in the field of surveying.

Amman, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 21st Jul, 2018 ) :Director General Royal Jordanian Geographical Center (RJGC) Awni Khasawneh discussed with Deputy Director General of the Chinese National Administration of Surveying, Mapping and Geo information Min Yiren, Joint cooperation in aerial and satellite photography, production of digital maps and spatial data, and exchange of expertise in the field of surveying.

Deputy director of the NASG voiced readiness to sign a joint cooperation deal with the RJGC, exchange expertise and organize scientific conferences and seminars in the surveying, mapping and aerial and satellite photography areas.

Khasawneh stressed the importance of partnership with the NASG to implement development projects and exchange expertise.

He also reviewed projects being carried out by the center as well as its training programs and future plans.
