KIEV (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 24th January, 2019) The judge of a Kiev court hearing the treason case of Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych said Thursday that the ex-president's guilt had been proven.
"Despite the accused pleading non-guilty, the court, after hearing the testimony of witnesses, examining expert and material evidence, evaluating the arguments of the defense and prosecution, believes that the guilt of the accused is... proven by appropriate and admissible evidence," the judge said at a hearing.
