Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, commenting on the signing by Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko of the law on Ukraine's intention to join NATO, called it a provocation aimed at disrupting the Minsk agreements
"The fact that now with such pride and pomp President Poroshenko signed a law obliging Ukraine to join NATO, plunged me into even greater doubt whether he wants to implement the Minsk agreements," Lavrov said at a briefing for representatives of the Association of European Businesses.
"This is a provocation aimed to destroy the Minsk agreements," he said.
