London Ready To Cooperate With Russian Trade Mission, Continue Dialogue - Embassy

The UK is ready to cooperate with the Russian trade mission, the UK embassy in Moscow told Sputnik.

MOSCOW (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 15th October, 2018) The UK is ready to cooperate with the Russian trade mission, the UK embassy in Moscow told Sputnik.

Earlier in the day, Russia's Trade Representative in the United Kingdom Boris Abramov told Sputnik that, for the first time since 2014, Russia and the UK resumed their dialogue on the development of bilateral trade relations.

Commenting on the issue, an embassy spokesperson said there is "no talk of any relaunch of the dialogue, the trade missions of Russia and Britain have maintained constructive relations throughout the entire period of sanctions."

"We held working discussions on the eve of the Russia Talk forum, which will be held in Moscow at the end of October, and a Russian business forum, which will be held in London at the end of November. We are always ready to cooperate with the Russian trade mission and continue the dialogue we have maintained for the past four years," the spokesperson said.
