Macron Says Fighting Inequality To Be Main Goal As G7 Head

United Nations, United States, Sept 25 (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 25th Sep, 2018 ) :French President Emmanuel Macron pledged Tuesday to make combatting inequality the top priority of his chairmanship of the G7 grouping of industrialized nations in 2019.
In a speech before the United Nations General Assembly, Macron also said he wanted an in-depth review of the whole format of the Group of Seven -- which includes Japan, the United States, Italy, France, Britain, Canada and Germany -- and to add to the club without mentioning any other countries.
