The topics are being constantly discussed with Russia. The President did not announce whether he would come and he certainly did not give any dates. However, we hope that the visit will take place," Tortosa said in an interview.
The diplomat added that the president's schedule always included visits to the countries that expressed solidarity with the Venezuelan government, stressing that Russia was one of such countries.
