An earthquake of 6.2 magnitude was registered on Wednesday 16 kilometers (10 mile south of the Turkish city of Acipayam and 32 kilometers west of Tefenni town, the European-Mediterranean Seismological Center (EMSC) said

MOSCOW (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 20th March, 2019) An earthquake of 6.2 magnitude was registered on Wednesday 16 kilometers (10 mile south of the Turkish city of Acipayam and 32 kilometers west of Tefenni town, the European-Mediterranean Seismological Center (EMSC) said.

The seismic activity was registered at 06:34 GMT at the depth of 27 kilometers.

There have been no immediate reports of damage or casualties.
