MOSCOW (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 01st March, 2019) A magnitude 7.1 earthquake occurred on Friday in southeastern Peru, the US Geological Survey (USGS) reported.
The epicenter was 9 kilometers (5.6 miles) northwest of the city of Azangaro in the Puno region. The seismic origin was at a depth of 258 kilometers (160 miles).
