Medvedev Expresses Condolences To Pence Over Deadly Wildfires In California

PORT MORESBY (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 18th November, 2018) Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev met on Sunday with US Vice President Mike Pence and personally expressed his condolences over the deadly wildfires in the US state of California to relatives and friends of those who have lost their lives or have been injured.
During his brief meeting with Pence on the sidelines of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit in Papua New Guinea, Medvedev asked Pence to convey his words of support to the victims' relatives and friends and to the injured.
The US vice president, in turn, thanked Medvedev for Russia's offer to provide assistance to the United States in fighting the wildfires.
