Militants Attacked Latakia, Hama Provinces Over Past 24 Hours - Russian Military

MOSCOW (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 20th April, 2019) Militants breached the truce regime in the Syrian provinces of Hama and Latakia over the past 24 hours, the Russian Center for Reconciliation of Opposing Sides said on Friday.
"Over the last 24 hours, the Russian party of the Russia-Turkey Commission on violations of the Joint Agreement has registered 2 cases of firing in the provinces of Latakia (1) and Hama (1)," the center said in its daily bulletin.
It added that the Turkish side registered 13 cases of ceasefire violations in the provinces of Aleppo, Hama and Idlib.
According to the center, the total number of settlements that had signed reconciliation accords reached 2,500, while the number of armed formations which had claimed to observe the truce stood at 234.
The center also added that it organized a humanitarian delivery in the crisis-affected city of Duma, Damascus province. Local residents received 500 food sets with a total weight of 2.165 tonnes, it said.
