Moscow has not received any proposals from Washington about holding any consultations on the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces (INF) Treaty, Russian Foreign Ministry Department of North America (DNA) Director Georgy Borisenko told Sputnik on Monday
US National Security Adviser John Bolton said Sunday that he was not ruling out new arms control talks between Washington and Moscow, but suggested that Beijing should be also included in them.
"Our US partners have not made any proposals from the United States regarding any talks between the United States and Russia, or between the United States, Russia and China, or with involvement of other countries," Borisenko said.
