Moscow, Pyongyang Agreed to Avoid Publicity for Kim's Visit to Russia - Kremlin Aide

Moscow and Pyongyang had agreed to keep details about the upcoming visit of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un to Russia out of the media, Kremlin aide Yury Ushakov said Tuesday

MOSCOW (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 23rd April, 2019) Moscow and Pyongyang had agreed to keep details about the upcoming visit of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un to Russia out of the media, Kremlin aide Yury Ushakov said Tuesday.

Ushakov said that Kim would hold talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Vladivostok on Thursday.

He remarked that the Kremlin had given little information about the visit in advance.

"We did this because there was an agreement with our colleagues from North Korea not to give the media the information about the upcoming visit," Ushakov told reporters.
