MOSCOW (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 19th April, 2019) Moscow regrets US unwillingness to cooperate on strategic security and the fact that Washington has not replied to Russia's proposals on the issue, Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Friday.

According to the spokesman, Russia has sent the United States a number of proposals on strategic security and cybersecurity.

"The Americans do not want to cooperate. This is regretful because this is absolutely not in the interest of our two countries or the whole world ... All of these Russian initiatives and proposals have been essentially left unanswered," Peskov said.
