BERLIN (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 11th February, 2019) Chairman of the Munich Security Conference (MSC) Wolfgang Ischinger said Monday he did not rule out Russia-Ukraine consultations or a Normandy format meeting on the sidelines of the event which kicks off Friday in the Bavarian capital.

"I can only say that I would not be surprised if a Ukrainian-Russian meeting or even a meeting in the Normandy format would take place on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference," Ischinger said.
