Muslim Youth Asks Jacinda Adern To Embrace Islam, Video Goes Viral

Islamabad (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 25th March, 2019) Seeing New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Adern’s solidarity and compassion for Muslims following the Christchurch attack, a Muslim youth offered her to embrace Islam,
Responding to this offer, the New Zealand prime minister said that islam gives a message of peace and she thinks she just did that.
The Muslim youth held a special meeting with Jacinda Adern on Friday. The video of their conversation is going viral on social media.
The Muslim youth can be seen addressing the New Zealand prime minister in the video, saying, “I hope you convert into Islam one day.”
The youth said that he has been crying for three days, praying that Jacinda Adern embraces Islam.
“You are an exemplary woman. I wish all the leaders of the world act like you,” he said.
Jacinda Adern smiled as she listened to the youth’s wish and patted him.
She said that Islam gives a message of humanity. I think I did what Islam taught, she added.

The New Zealand prime minister has been hailed internationally following her reaction and the handling of the situation.
A day after the mosque attacks, Ardern visited Christchurch wearing a 'dupatta' to express solidarity with Muslims in this hour of grief was well received.
A teary-eyed Ardern said she brought messages of love, support and grief on behalf of all New Zealanders to the crowd gathered at Canterbury Refugee Resettlement and Resources Centre.
The New Zealand premier was showered with immense praises internationally for the gesture, which made it clear that New Zealand stood by the Muslim community that was the centre of Friday's horrifying terror attacks rooted in racial as well as religious hatred.
