New Zealand Police Discover Yet Another Body Of Victim Of Christchurch Shooting

MOSCOW (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 17th March, 2019) The police of New Zealand have discovered the body of one more victim of mass shootings at two mosques in New Zealand's Christchurch, while inspecting the crime scene, New Zealand police commissioner, Mike Bush said at a press conference on Sunday.
The violent shooting in two mosques rocked New Zealand's eastern city of Christchurch on Friday, leaving 49 killed and dozens injured.
New Zealand's Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern called the shooting a terrorist act, saying it was the country's "darkest day."
According to Bush, thus the death toll in the attack has risen to 50.
Bush also confirmed that the number of injured in the attack amounts to 50 people, 36 of whom are in hospitals. The condition of 11 people is estimated as critical.
A total of four people were detained in the wake of the attack, including the 28-year-old suspected shooter, Australian national Brenton Harrison Tarrant.
