Nigerian Minister of Science and Technology Dr. Christopher Ogbonnaya Onu will make an official visit to Russia to take part in the upcoming ATOMEXPO 2019 conference in Sochi, a representative of the Nigerian Embassy in Russia told Sputnik on Thursday

MOSCOW (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 11th April, 2019) Nigerian Minister of Science and Technology Dr. Christopher Ogbonnaya Onu will make an official visit to Russia to take part in the upcoming ATOMEXPO 2019 conference in Sochi, a representative of the Nigerian Embassy in Russia told Sputnik on Thursday.

"Our Minister of Science and Technology will be in Sochi next week for the IX International Forum ATOMEXPO 2019 ... From Sochi, he will visit Moscow for some bilateral meetings," the representative said.

The minister is expected to meet with representatives of the Skolkovo Foundation during his time in Moscow, where he will be staying from April 16 until April 18, according to the embassy official.

The ATOMEXPO conference will take place on April 15-16.
