SINGAPORE (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 15th November, 2018) No sanctions can stop cooperation between Russia and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) or development of their economies, Russian President Vladimir Putin said Thursday.
"This cannot stop development, it is ruled out, it is impossible... so cooperation will continue," Putin said following a visit to Singapore.
