Nord Stream 2 AG Says Received All Permits Necessary For Pipeline Construction In Russia

The Nord Stream 2 AG company said on Tuesday that it had received all permits necessary for construction of the Nord Stream 2 pipeline in Russia.
MOSCOW (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 14th August, 2018) The Nord Stream 2 AG company said on Tuesday that it had received all permits necessary for construction of the Nord Stream 2 pipeline in Russia.
The company said in a statement that it had received a permit for installation of an underwater pipeline in Russia's territorial waters earlier on Tuesday.
"We are glad to announce that the necessary construction permits in Russia have been granted, meaning that the Nord Stream 2 project is developing according to the planned schedule. We will further rely on collaboration with the countries involved to ensure the project is implemented in a timely and efficient manner," Nord Stream 2 Chief Project Officer Henning Kothe said, as quoted in the statement.
