MOSCOW (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 22nd April, 2019) The North Korean delegation headed by Minister of the People's Armed Forces No Kwang Chol left for Moscow on Monday to attend the eighth Moscow Conference on International Security, the country's state media agency said.

The conference, organized by the Russian Ministry of Defense, will be held on April 23-25.

The ministry expects that more than 1,000 delegates from 101 states will take part in the event that will focus on crucial issues of international security, such as peacekeeping, military-to-military engagements and regional security, particularly in the middle East.
