French radio station Europe 1 reported that two of the six victims were found dead in the Aude's commune of Villegailhenc, while another one was found dead in the commune of Villardonnel, also located in Aude. The details on three other fatalities have not been specified.
A person living in the Aude's commune of Cuxac-d'Aude was injured as a house collapsed due to the flood.
