OSCE Realized Kiev Ready For Provocation To Disrupt Election Monitoring - Zakharova

MOSCOW (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 21st February, 2019) The OSCE Parliamentary Assembly's recommendation not to send Russian observers to Ukraine suggests that the organization realized Kiev was ready for provocations to disrupt objective monitoring of the elections, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on Facebook.

The Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE PA) will not be able to guarantee security for Russian monitors at the upcoming presidential election in Ukraine, OSCE PA President George Tsereteli said earlier Thursday. He also said Russia should not send observers to the elections to avoid provocations.

"Even the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly realized that the Kiev regime would resort to provocations just to disrupt objective observation of the elections," Zakharova wrote.
