OSCE Secretary General Thomas Greminger said Wednesday the meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov had been substantive

MOSCOW (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 24th April, 2019) OSCE Secretary General Thomas Greminger said Wednesday the meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov had been substantive.

Greminger said they had discussed a wide range of security issues, as well as the crisis around Ukraine.
