As many as 255 internally displaced Syrians returned to their homes over the period, the center added.
The bulletin added that the Russian Chechen Republic's Akhmad Kadyrov Foundation carried out a humanitarian operation in the town of Abu al-Duhur in Idlib province, delivering a tonne of bread to local residents.
Russia has also held two humanitarian operations in the Syrian provinces of Daraa and Homs.
Syria, which has been suffering from an armed conflict for more than seven years, is now focused on the repatriation of refugees, who were forced to flee the armed conflict and seek asylum in other countries, and the reconstruction of infrastructure. According to the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), over 6.6 million officially registered Syrian refugees are currently residing abroad.
