VLADIVOSTOK (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 23rd April, 2019) A passenger of a flight from Pyongyang that has recently landed in Russia's Vladivostok ahead of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un's possible visit to Russia hit a camera in the hands of a South Korean reporter, Sputnik correspondent reported.
Earlier in the day, two aircraft from North Korea instead of one, as was initially planned, landed in Vladivostok airport. South Korean media reported that Kim's security service was allegedly on board the planes and it arrived in Russia to prepare for a meeting between Kim and Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Sputnik correspondent reported that the reporter from South Korean SBS broadcaster was trying to ask the passenger a question, however, the latter, in turn, started banging on the reporter's camera and then tried to run after another reporter.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Monday that the meeting between Putin and Kim would take place before the end of April. Meanwhile, South Korean media have suggested that the talks are most likely to be held in Vladivostok. An employee of a Vladivostok train station told Sputnik last Thursday that North Korean official Kim Chang Son, who was seen in Vladivostok last Wednesday, had been examining security measures at the station.
