Powerful Explosions Heard In Damascus, Missiles Seen In Skies Over City

DAMASCUS (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 21st January, 2019) Powerful explosions are heard in Damascus, missiles are visible in the skies over the Syrian capital, a Sputnik correspondent reported from the scene on Monday.
The explosions began to roar in the skies at about 1.15 local time (23.15 GMT on Sunday).
The correspondent has seen at least three missiles in the skies above the city.
Earlier on Sunday, Syria's air defense had already repelled Israeli airstrikes.
