MOSCOW (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 15th March, 2019) The problem with issuance of US visas for Aeroflot pilots has been solved, Aeroflot CEO Vitaly Savelyev said Friday.

Aeroflot, Russia's flagship air carrier, announced in April 2018 that it had notified the Russian Foreign Ministry and the Transport Ministry that the United States had stopped issuing visas to its pilots.

The company clarified that the available visas were enough to continue flights only for several months.

"Now, the Americans issue business visas for all our pilots and flight attendants. This problem no longer exists," Savelyev told reporters.
