Putin Does Not Plan Separate Meeting With Venezuelan Vice President at SPIEF - Kremlin

MOSCOW (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 06th June, 2019) Russian President Vladimir Putin does not plan to hold a separate meeting with Venezuelan Vice President Tarek El Aissami during the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF), Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Thursday.

"A separate meeting is currently not planned.

Many foreign guests, including high-ranking ones, arrive at the SPIEF. With the best will in the world, the president would not be able to meet with them separately," Peskov told reporters when asked if Putin had plans to meet with Venezuela's vice president at the forum.

He said the possibility of a meeting on the event's sidelines was not ruled out.
