MOSCOW (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 01st March, 2019) Russian President Vladimir Putin can not receive Venezuelan Vice President Delcy Rodriguez during her visit to Moscow due to busy schedule, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Friday.

"No, it is not related," Peskov said, answering the question whether the fact that Putin did not meet with Rodriguez was related to the "shaky" situation of Venezuela's legitimate authorities.

"The Vice President is received at the high level. So, there is no lack of communication with the Russian side. And it by no means related [to the situation in Venezuela]. It is related to the president's working schedule," the spokesman said.
