Le PlessisRobinson, France, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd May, 2018 ) :Racing 92 head into their Top 14 semi-final against Castres on Saturday with the advantage of having recently experienced a run to the European Champions Cup final, said coach Laurent Labit.
Racing lost that final, going down 15-12 to Leinster, and Labit acknowledged that his coaching staff had to push the team to rediscover its "positive energy and enthusiasm". "After that failure, that disappointment, it was important to start again by taking a bit of happiness and pleasure," Labit told AFP.
"We had a look at what didn't go well against Leinster and it was bad because up until six minutes from the end, we had the Cup in our hands and we let it go because we didn't know how to lock those final six minutes down.
"We talked about it so as to avoid it happening again." Labit insisted: "We'll have an advantage over the opposition in that we've already played through to a a final. We've had experience of these type of matches." Montpellier play Lyon in the other semi-final on Friday, with both games taking place in Lyon.
