MOSCOW (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 14th November, 2018) Russia has not turned to the east, since multi-vector cooperation cannot be replaced, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said in an interview with the Dozhd television channel.
"We can't say that investors are leaving...
I'm absolutely not in favor of saying that Russia is performing some kind of a drift to the east, a turn to the east. It's absolutely not reasonable," Peskov said.
"No China can replace multi-vector cooperation. The biggest turnover is with Europe. The Far Eastern region is also important, the region of Southeast Asia is important. After all, business relations with the United States are important... High-tech cooperation, and so on, despite the well-known restrictions," he said.
