Russia is ready to implement projects to extend the TurkStream gas pipeline to European countries, and Moscow has more than enough resources to accomplish this task, President Vladimir Putin said Thursday
"With regard to energy issues, we are ready to implement projects to extend the TurkStream to European countries, to European consumers.
Many show interest in this, and all we need is to arrange everything accordingly,"Putin said at a joint news conference with Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic in Belgrade.
"But we are ready and, as you know, we have enough resources. There are no problems here at all," Putin added.
"Serbia and Russia are already doing this work, including the development of infrastructure, especially transit infrastructure in Serbia. We are ready to invest the necessary resources in this, they will amount to about $1.4 billion," the Russian president stressed.
