MOSCOW (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 15th March, 2019) Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova commented on North Korea's reported considerations to stop talks with the United States by saying that Moscow supported further Washington-Pyongyang dialogue.
North Korean Deputy Foreign Minister Choe Son Hui reportedly said Friday that North Korean leader Kim Jong Un would consider the possibility to stop the talks and suspend a moratorium on nuclear tests.
"Russia is committed to the diplomatic solution to the Korean Peninsula crisis. Moscow supports continuation of the dialogue between Pyongyang and Washington that would progress gradually without unduly high expectations," the spokeswoman said.
