Russia's State Commission has approved the decision to carry out the launch of Soyuz MS-11 piloted spacecraft to the International Space Station on December 3, Dmitry Rogozin, general director of the Russian State Space Corporation Roscosmos said Monday.

"Yesterday, we made a decision during the meeting of the state commission to approve the launch of the Soyuz MS manned spacecraft on December 3 this year," Rogozin said during a press conference held at the Russia Today media center.
