Russia's Gazprombank Confirms Sale Of Stake In Venezuela's Petrozamora

MOSCOW (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 15th March, 2019) Gazprombank, Russia's third largest lender by assets, conformed on Thursday the sale of its minority stake in Petrozamora, a joint venture with the Venezuelan PDVSA state-run energy company.
Reuters earlier reported the sale of Gazprombank's stake in Petrozamora, citing a source at the bank.
"Gazprombank has sold its stake in Petrozamora," the bank's press service told Sputnik without providing details of the deal.
PDVSA is currently under US sanctions amid a severe political crisis in the South American country.
