MOSCOW (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 18th January, 2019) A Su-34 fighter jet crashed in Russia's Far East, presumably in the Strait of Tartary between the Khabakovsk region and Sakhalin, a source told Sputnik Friday, adding that the crew managed to eject.

"A Su-34 disappeared off the radars in the Far East. The pilots of the second aircraft flying next to it saw two open parachutes of the ejecting crew," the source said.
