Saudi Energy Minister Says Nobody In Kingdom Can 'Explain Or Justify' Khashoggi's Murder

Saudi Energy Minister Khalid Falih said Tuesday that nobody in the kingdom was able to "justify or explain" the murder of journalist Jamal Khashoggi in Istanbul.
RIYADH (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 23rd October, 2018) Saudi Energy Minister Khalid Falih said Tuesday that nobody in the kingdom was able to "justify or explain" the murder of journalist Jamal Khashoggi in Istanbul.
"We are going through a crisis of sorts due to the very regrettable incident that took place in Turkey.
Nobody in the Kingdom can justify or explain it. From the leadership we are upset about what has happened, and, of course, the King has made it clear that there would be investigations and justice," Falih said at the session of the Future Investment Initiative (FII) conference in Riyadh.
