Seven people were killed and 43 others were injured in an attack by Chadian militants on the headquarters of the 10th Brigade of the Libyan Armed Forces in the country's west, a military source told Sputnik.

MOSCOW (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 27th December, 2018) Seven people were killed and 43 others were injured in an attack by Chadian militants on the headquarters of the 10th Brigade of the Libyan Armed Forces in the country's west, a military source told Sputnik.

"Chadian opposition forces unexpectedly attacked the headquarters of the 10th Brigade of the Libyan Armed Forces in the Traghan area today morning," the source said.

"According to preliminary data, the death toll reached seven people, 43 servicemen were wounded," he said.
