Sudan To Join South Sudan In Celebrating Peace

KHARTOUM, Sudan (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 31st Oct, 2018 ) :Sudanese President Omar Bashir is leading a high-level delegation of his government for taking part in a celebration in Juba for achieving peace in South Sudan on Wednesday.
President Bashir is due to arrive in the South Sudanese capital where he will be honored for his contribution to achieving peace there, Sudan's news agency SUNA reported.
A huge media and culture delegation led by the Minister of State for Information, Communication and Information Technology, Mamoun Hassan Ibrahim, is already in Juba since Tuesday for participating in and covering the celebration which will be held near the mausoleum of late South Sudanese leader John Garang.
Besides President Bashir, the heads of state and government from Uganda, Kenya, Ethiopia, Somalia and the Egyptian Prime Minister are due to arrive in Juba for participation in the celebration.
