Talking About Holding Second Syrian Dialogue In Sochi In November Premature - Source

It is early to talk about gathering the second Syrian National Dialogue Congress in Sochi in November, but Russia, Turkey and Iran may discuss this issue at the Astana format meeting in Moscow, a diplomatic source told Sputnik on Tuesday.

Earlier in the day, the al-Watan newspaper reported, citing sources, that the second congress may be gathered in Sochi in mid-November if UN Special Envoy Staffan de Mistura failed to reach agreement on the Syrian Constitutional Commission with Damascus on Wednesday.

"When we were holding the first one, we were saying that maybe there would be a second one. It will depend on the parties' readiness. But so far, it's early to talk about it," the source said.

The source added that Russia, Tureky and Iran might address the issue of the second congress at Tuesday talks in the Astana format.�
