Theresa May To Cancel 3rd Brexit Vote If Sees Lack Of 'Realistic' Chances - Reports

UK Prime Minister Theresa May will abandon the third vote on the Brexit agreement, if sees no "realistic" prospect of a successful outcome, local media reported on Monday
Last week, the UK parliament voted in favor of delaying the country's departure from the European Union and against leaving the bloc with no deal in place. May is expected to bring her withdrawal agreement back to the parliament for a third vote this week. Earlier in the day, UK Foreign Secretary Jeremy Hunt said he hoped the third vote would be held on Tuesday.
If the vote is canceled, May will use the option to ask Brussels to delay activation of Article 50 beyond June, the Guardian newspaper said, citing May's spokesman.
The spokesman did not specify how many extra months of negotiations London would request from Brussels.
In her article in the Sunday Telegraph, May asked members of parliament to make "honorable compromises" to back her Brexit deal, warning that the failure to back the agreement would mean "we will not leave the EU for many months, if ever."
