US President Donald Trump may pay a visit to Turkey in July, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said Thursday
"The exact date of Trump's visit to Turkey has not yet been determined. He will be in Europe in June and said he would like to visit Turkey in a month," Cavusoglu told reporters in Ankara, as quoted by the Anadolu news agency.
The Turkish foreign minister added that during talks with US Special Representative for Syria James Jeffrey, Ankara and Washington had pulled their positions on creating a security zone in the northeast of Syria closer together.
