US President Donald Trump said on Tuesday during a press conference that the shooting down of a Russian Il-20 plane in Syria is "not a good situation.
WASHINGTON (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 19th September, 2018) US President Donald Trump said on Tuesday during a press conference that the shooting down of a Russian Il-20 plane in Syria is "not a good situation."
"It sounds to me and it seems to me just like, based on a review of the facts, that Syria shot down a Russian plane and I understand about 14 people were killed, at least, and it's a very sad thing but that's what happens," Trump told reporters.
"But Syria, according to early reports, that's subject to change, but that Syria shot down a Russian plane so that's not a good situation."
