Trump Says Very Excited By Seoul-Pyongyang Commitments After Inter-Korean Summit

MOSCOW (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 19th September, 2018) US President Donald Trump called on Wednesday Pyongyang's and Seoul's commitments following the inter-Korean summit "very exciting."
According to the joint statement on the results of the inter-Korean summit in Pyongyang, North Korea has promised to close its missile test range in Tongchang-ri and completely disassemble nuclear facilities in Yongbyon.
The two countries also agreed to send a unified team of athletes to the 2020 Olympic Games and to jointly bid for hosting 2032 Games.
"Kim Jong Un has agreed to allow Nuclear inspections, subject to final negotiations, and to permanently dismantle a test site and launch pad in the presence of international experts. In the meantime there will be no Rocket or Nuclear testing. Hero remains to continue being returned home to the United States. Also, North and South Korea will file a joint bid to host the 2032 Olympics. Very exciting!" Trump said on Twitter.
