US President Donald Trump said on Saturday he decided to suspend the press conference on results of the G20 summit until the funeral of former US President George H.W. Bush.

MOSCOW (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 01st December, 2018) US President Donald Trump said on Saturday he decided to suspend the press conference on results of the G20 summit until the funeral of former US President George H.W. Bush.

Bush, who served as the 41st president of the United States from 1989 and 1993, died at the age of 94 on Friday.

"Out of respect for the Bush Family and former President George H.W. Bush we will wait until after the funeral to have a press conference," Trump wrote on his Twitter page.

The date of the funeral has not been announced yet.
