BRUSSELS (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 14th March, 2019) Turkey continues to be committed to the implementation of Idlib de-escalation memorandum despite the recent provocations in the area, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said at Brussels III conference.

"Idlib de-escalation area was a success in preventing another humanitarian tragedy and a new refugee flow to Turkey and Europe, and we continue to work on effective implementation of Idlib memorandum despite provocations, particularly recent provocations. We are determined to maintain calm in Idlib," Cavusoglu said.
