The UK parliament was to vote on the Brexit deal on Tuesday, but following three days of debates May announced Monday that she was postponing the vote and pledged to discuss the concerns of lawmakers regarding Northern Ireland with her EU counterparts.
"Tusk... meets PM [Theresa May] today at 17h [16:00 GMT] in Brussels," Preben Aamann tweeted.
A representative of the European Commission said Monday that Brussels would not renegotiate the deal agreed by the European Union and the United Kingdom in November.
