Two International Cat Shows To Be Held In Zagreb On Nov 17/18

As many as 235 cats from eight European countries will take part in two international cat shows to be held in Zagreb on November 17-18, the Croatian Feline Association (SFDH) has said.

ZAGREB, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 14th Nov, 2018 ) :As many as 235 cats from eight European countries will take part in two international cat shows to be held in Zagreb on November 17-18, the Croatian Feline Association (SFDH) has said.

"This is a record high number of participants in the last few years, and we are particularly pleased to welcome, after a long time, the Siamese cat and the Oriental cat with bat-like ears, which come from Austria and Hungary," said SFDH secretary Amelija Leopoldovic ahead of the event, to be held at Westgate Shopping City.

The shows feature 22 breeds, some of which are very rare, such as the world's smallest feline, the Singapora, and the absolute ruler of Instagram, the British Longhair.

The shows include the Best in Show event, the naming of the most beautiful cats.

Apart from six judges, who come from Italy, Denmark, the Czech Republic, Slovenia and Croatia, visitors, too, will be able to vote for the most beautiful cat.
