MOSCOW (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 14th March, 2019) Two RussianTu-22M3 long-range bombers have carried out a planned patrol flight over the neutral waters of the Black Sea, the Russian Defense Ministry said Thursday.

"Two Tu-22M3 long-range bombers have carried out a planned flight over the neutral waters of the Black Sea.

During the flight, the bombers covered a distance of about 4,500 kilometers [some 2,800 miles] and were airborne for more than five hours," the ministry said in a statement.

"All flights of the aircraft of the Russian Aerospace Forces are carried out in strict compliance with the International Rules for the Use of Airspace," the ministry stressed.
