MOSCOW (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 14th March, 2019) UK lawmakers have rejected the amendment calling for a second Brexit referendum by 85 votes to 334.
The amendment tabled by lawmaker Sarah Wollaston would have instructed the UK prime minister to seek an extension to the Article 50 and conduct a public vote on remaining in the EU or leaving on "terms determined by Parliament."
